Five Curatorial Views of the School of Art Collection

School of Art faculty members curate small exhibitions of artwork from the collection, showcasing their unique perspectives. The Kent State University School of Art Collection is comprised of over 4,500 pieces, ranging from artworks donated by visiting artists and alumni, to prints acquired from the Andy Warhol Foundation, to a section of Cristo and Jeanne-Claude's "Running Fence," to purchases made to fulfill the mission. The core mission of the School of Art Collection is to collect and promote artwork by women and artists of color.
