Hospice of the Western Reserve is seeking volunteers to assist in private residences, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and hospital settings. As a vital part of Hospice of the Western Reserve’s team, volunteers come from all walks of life and have a variety of skills, talents and abilities. Opportunities to serve are diverse: Companionship in private home and nursing home settings, Attorney, Certified Pet Therapy, Licensed Cosmetologists and Barbers, light housekeeping, and Notary.
The next series of volunteer classes is on September 9 and 16 starting at 9:00 a.m., in Ravenna. Pre-registration is required.
