History and Games

Learn about history, then play a game about it at the Brimfield Library. We will discuss what life was like in the Colonies, and why those Colonies eventually revolted, demanding a new government.
In this program, you will get to learn about a period of history, and then play a game based on the period. This program will include about 45 minutes of discussing the history and answering questions. The game then takes about 60-90 minutes.
The program and game can be played by children 8 and up, as well as adults. The discussion will discuss war, death, and other historical topics of the era, but in a non graphic context.
