The Guided Imagery portion of the class helps to maintain focus, relax an overactive mind, and provides a deeper sense of peace, tranquility and calmness.
It's a great way to reduce chronic stress, lessen anger, lift your spirits, feel more calm and at peace, maintain focus, live with gratitude, relax, de-stress, breathe, and renew.
Other relaxation techniques are introduced and often include acupressure points, reflexology, mudras, Qigong, breath work, energy practices, and more.
