Hosted by the Portage Foundation & Facilitated by Case Western Reserve's Partnership for Evaluation, Research and Implementation (CWRU-PERI)

Are you ready to take your agency's programs to the next level? Join us for EVAL 101, a hands-on training event where you'll learn how to develop a comprehensive Evaluation plan that demonstrates the true impact of your work.

During this session, you'll:

  • Master the Logic Model: Learn to outline program inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact.
  • Develop Data Strategies: Gain essential skills for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Set and Measure Goals: Identify key outputs and outcomes for your programs and outline indicators that track your progress.

This training is perfect for program managers, nonprofit leaders, and anyone involved in program design and implementation. No prior experience in Evaluation is required—just a desire to make your programs more effective and impactful.
