This award-winning 2018 film by Ukrainian filmmaker Sergei Loznitza examines the 2014 conflict in the Donbas region of Ukraine and the blurry line between truth and propaganda. Loznitsa’s film won the Un Certain Regard Award for Best Director at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival and was the Ukrainian entry for Best Foreign Language Film at the 91st Academy Awards.
