White Barn Healing Arts Center warmly invites you to join us for another class in the "THE FABULOUS 4" series, a monthly 1-hour on-line class
that teaches four DIY (do-it-yourself) Holistic Healing Practices for overall health and wellness of body, mind and spirit.
The December CLASS FOCUS will be to support you in your efforts to MANAGE PHYSICAL PAIN, specifically addressing:
- Neck Pain
- Back Pain
DIY Holistic Practices Taught in This Class Include:
• ACUPRESSURE: Putting pressure on specific energy centers in your body to achieve healing and wellness.
• MUDRAS: Symbolic hand gestures or body poses that promote peace and good mental/emotional health
• CHAIR TAI CHI-QIGONG: Meditation in motion for those who find it difficult to be still, these gentle movements are done from the comfort of your chair.
• MEDITATION TECHNIQUES: May include guided imagery, breathing exercises, and various types of meditation designed to provide pain relief.
These will be invaluable tools for your Pain Management Toolbox that you can incorporate into daily life.
DAY/TIME: Thursday, Dec. 16th 6:30pm - 7:30pm
