Jud Smith, baker and owner of the Brimfield Bread Oven, will be at Reed Memorial Library on Monday, May 14 at 6:30 p.m. to provide a basic baking education to anyone interested in the art of baking.
Participants will learn about Jud's history of baking and the Brimfield Bread Oven, tips and tricks for baking amazing bread and enjoy tasty samples of the artisan baked goods available at the Brimfield Bread Oven.
