However, many people struggle and experience frustration when trying to clear their mind and calm their overactive thoughts.
This short ½ hour Meditation session will provide you with some guidance on how to effectively use short quiet times to your advantage. Starting your day being calm and peaceful can affect how the rest of your day will unfold, and how you react to the events that happen around you.
Class will be held outdoors in or near the Medicine Wheel.
