T'ai Chi is a low impact exercise class that has been found to bolster the immune system, improve balance
and flexibility, increase energy and mental clarity and produce a lasting sense of well being.
Be sure to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
Sessions are as follows: Session: February 11 through March 18; Session: March 25 through April 29; Session:
May 6 through June 10, 2010.
Class times are 5 to 6 p.m. at the John Tontimonia City Park.
Cost is $30 for city taxpayers (live or work in the city) or $35.00 for non-city taxpayers.
Minimum 8 - maximum 20.
