Description:

Pilates is a 4 week program that strengthens your abdominal muscles,
increase your flexibility, and improve your overall muscle tone and posture.
Light weights are provided. Participants should bring a mat and water bottle
and wear comfortable clothing. Pre-registration is required.
Session: March 3 to March 31
Session: April 7 to April 28
Session: May 2 to May 30
Session: June 2 to June 30
Time is Sundays and Wednesdays from 5 to 6 p.m. at Tower Lodge in John
Tontimonia City Park for ages 16 thru adults.
Cost is $30 for city taxpayers (live or work in city) or $35.00 for non-city taxpayers.
Drop fee is $8.00
