The Ravenna Recreation Department is sponsoring Soccer Skills with Challenger Sports. Challenger Sports is the largest provider of youth soccer camps and clinics in the USA and Canada. All of the staff of Challenger Sports come from the United Kingdom and are UEFA licensed coaches.
Soccer Skills 2010 Clinic will be held Saturday, May 8 at the Ravenna Soccer Complex, St. Rt. 88 and Peck Road. Participants should come prepared to play soccer – shin guards, mouthpiece, water bottle and appropriate shoes. Registration deadline April 30 or the first 50 to enroll.
A. Registration will take place weekdays from 8 a.m. to 12 or 1 to 4:15 p.m. at the Recreation office, 530 North Freedom St. 2nd floor.
B. Registrants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and pay the entry fee at the time of registration.
C. Registration fee is $5.00. Checks should be made payable to City of Ravenna.
D. Enrollment is limited so register early!
DATE & LOCATION - Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the Ravenna Soccer Complex
v Ages 4 to 6 years - 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. (Parents may be encouraged to join in)
v Ages 7-13 years - 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Remember: Deadline is Friday, April 30 or the first 50 to enroll in each session.
Please mark your calendars – participants will not be reminded of the clinic.
