CHILDREN"S SHOTS: 18 years and younger: $8 each.
This includes all shots for kindergartners and
HPV, Hep B, Tetanus & Meningitis shots for teenagers:
Please bring shot records.
ADULT SHOTS: 19 years and older: Tetanus $8.
Hepatitis B $35 –or FREE for those in risk groups:
*anyone who has or is a contact of someone with hepatitis, or
*anyone who has received treatment for a sexually transmitted disease.
No appointment is needed for the Wednesday morning clinics,
Walk-in hours: anytime between 8am and 11:30am.
Call 330-297-2163 for an appointment for other days,
including some afternoon times.
