Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at Child Health Services, located on the FIRST FLOOR of the Portage County Administration Building (near the WIC Office). Appointments are not needed.
The Adult Immunization Clinic is appointment-only and must be scheduled through Nursing Services. Please call 330-296-9919 to make an appointment. Adult Immunizations are given in the Portage County Health Department, located on the THIRD FLOOR of the building.
