Breakfast forum for community leaders followed by a one-day workshop featuring national speaker and author, Philip DeVol. Workshop will be held at the American Legion in Kent. Lunch is included and cost is $25 ($20 for groups of 6 or more). The purpose of this workshop is to increase understanding of poverty and class and to engage community leaders in efforts to address this issue locally. Approved for 5 CEUs for Social Workers, Counselors and Marriage & Family Threapsits, or 5 RCHs for AoD Counselors or Prevention Specialsits.
